Pin Yin:
xiao chang qi zhi
Symptoms:
constipation severe with no bowel gas passing; vomiting of fecal material.
Pain:
pain severe; of abdomen.
Signs:
Tongue Body:
normal or dusky.
Tongue Coat:
normal to greasy yellow; yellow within several hours after onset.
Pulse:
bowstring; strong; if sudden onset, pulse will reflect condition immediately.
