--Extinguish Internal Wind; especially herbs like Rz Gastrodiae that both relieve Interior Wind and resolve Phlegm arising from Middle Burner weakness.
-Transform Cold Phlegm; especially herbs like Rz Pinelliae that resolve Dampness and Phlegm of Middle Burner.
