Actions:
   Dries Dampness, transforms Cold Phlegm (especially from Spleen or Lungs), Descends Counterflow Qi.
   Harmonizes Stomach and stops Damp Phlegm vomiting.
   Disperses nodules and reduced constriction in the chest from stagnant Phlegm; used for goiter, scrofula, or Phlegm obstructions anywhere in the body.
