Primary action: Quicken Blood, Transform Stasis
Secondary actions: Cool Blood; Drain Fire

Actions:
   Quickens Blood and disperses Blood Stasis; especially for Blood Stasis and masses in the lower abdomen; also for swelling and pain of traumatic injury and early stage of abscesses and boils.
   Clears Heat and cools Blood Heat; used for Blood Aspect Heat.
   Clears Liver Fire and brightens eyes.
