Actions:
   Disperses stagnant Qi of Stomach and Spleen, expels Cold and relieves pain; used in lower abdominal and/or menstrual pain, hernia.
   Warms Kidneys; used in Kidney Yang Vacuity with frequent urination or incontinence.
