Primary action: Transform Cold Phlegm

Actions:
   Lowers counterflow Lung Qi and expels Phlegm; used with wheezing and copious clear sputum.
   Lowers counterflow Stomach Qi in conditions of Damp Cold Stomach or Spleen.
