Secondary actions: Transform Cold Phlegm

Actions:
   moves the Spleen and Stomach Qi and fortifies the Spleen.
   Dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm, especially in conditions of copious sputum.
   Lowers counterflow Stomach Qi and stops vomiting.
   Can be used together with hard-to-digest herbs in order to prevent stagnation.
