Actions:
   Quickens Blood and expels Blood Stasis, especially of the lower abdomen and uterus.
   Fortifies tendons, bones and benefits joints; used for pain and soreness of lower back and knees associated with Vacuity of Kidney and Liver.
   Clears Damp Heat of the Lower Burner; used in Painful Urination or leukorrhea associated with lower back and/or knee pain.
   Causes Qi, Yang and Blood to descend; used for rising Liver Yang associated with Vacuity of Yin and Ascending Fire; used in Blood Heat of the Upper Burner.
